Nadia Oakley
Director of Research
Nadia Oakley is a respected leader in her community, her alma mater, and her workplace, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as the Director of Research for The JSO Consulting Group, LLC. Nadia is a young nonprofit professional and thought leader with a strong background in curriculum design, program development, implementation, and strategic partnership development.
Currently attending Emory University School of Law, Nadia is dedicated to furthering her legal education to support her goal of systematically destroying barriers that hinder opportunities for minorities and underrepresented communities. She holds a double degree in Sociology and Anthropology with honors from Spelman College, where she was initiated into the Epsilon of Georgia Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa Society.
At Spelman, Nadia was highly committed to developing young people and communities of color as a Bonner Scholar and student leader. Her dedication to community service is demonstrated by her amassing over 10,000 hours of service, showcasing her abilities as a civic leader.
In her professional career, Nadia serves as a Board Member and Grant Writer for the United Foundation of Central Florida, Inc., where she contributes to securing resources and developing programs that make a significant impact. Her extensive experience includes roles with the Fulton County Juvenile Court, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
As the Director of Research for The JSO Consulting Group, Nadia is responsible for:
- Conducting Comprehensive Research: Leading research initiatives to gather, analyze, and interpret data that informs the company's strategic decisions and consulting services.
